The appetizer -Queso with brisket) was delicious. 4 of us shared. Ribs were meaty and delicious. We enjoyed our soups and salads. However the fact that I didn't like the margarita and mentioned immediately to our waiters ( after one sip!) and could not get it replaced with a different drink set a negative tone for the rest of the meal. Manager should check this out. We spent over $250 but can't recommend.

Should've put in for a reservation. Just didn't think of it. With the number of tables opened I found it a bit odd we weren't seated immediately. Regardless, the hosts were nice enough to keep us posted. After about 30 minutes we were seated. Our group was getting borderline hangry. I know getting an awesome waiter/waitress is luck of the draw and we got Gracie. She was beyond amazing! Our table was thirsty for water and Dr Pepper and she ended up bringing a carafe of each to keep our thirst quenched for the duration of our meal. As a quick side note, I hope they cancel the chicken tortilla soup. What was brought out was a transliteration of what they know as chicken tortilla soup. It's just not good at all. If we could do it over again we would get a salad. 5 out of 6 people said it was disgusting and the 6th person didn't order it. I ordered the Cajun ribeye... again the Cajun topping is a no go. They charge $9.95 for it. It's just not worth it. Better than the chicken tortilla soup but for what you get, that's a negative Batman. Gracie did a great job accommodating our table and magically popping up when we were merely thinking about asking her for miscellaneous condiments. With the quiet-moderate atmosphere and cozy chairs everything felt like a home meal. I usually roll my eyes at chains but this one got it right. Thanks again Saltgrass!

I had an amazing experience at Saltgrass Steakhouse! The service was top-notch--our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Family friendly and able to handle large groups with no problems. As for the food, the brisket burger was absolutely delicious. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection! It's clear they put a lot of care into their dishes. I'll definitely be coming back for another visit.

I recently started the carnivore diet due to some extra pounds gained during Thanksgiving. I needed a steak but wanted something that wasn't going to break the budget. Saltgrass in Parker answered that call. Our server Ray was fantastic. He truly cared about our experience and made great recommendations. I had the Cajun ribeye based on his recommendation and it was so good and I haven't said this in a long time but surprisingly the bill was easy on the wallet for what I got.

We like to go there for lunch menu. The price is reasonable. The service is good. The food is good. Don't get sucked into buying the frequent diner -it's a real hassle.

From start to finish, grade A+. My first time here, I felt pretty comfortable right away. I loved the outdoor, woodsy feel and the layout it self. Great for larger parties or onesies such as me. My server Cody (boy I hope I got that right, lost the receipt with her name on it) greeted me in a timely manner. In fact, her timing was perfect throughout. She was delightful. Not too much, not too little. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly with smiles I always appreciate. I ordered a Cosmopolitan, another first, which was beautiful, tasty and, well, fun. My entree was a 6oz steak, rare. Many times I ask for rare and I guess they just don't believe me. I often get medium or medium rare. But this time the steak was not only perfectly cooked for me but perfectly seasoned as well. As a side, I asked for the "Flash Fried Green Beans". I'm not a lover of fried foods but when it was explained to me what that meant, I went for it. Not coated in dough but just quickly dunked. Now I am a fan. The green beans had a lovely seasoning to them and the crispness was very satisfying. The manager, Nick, stopped by my table, an unexpected thrill. I loved telling him how happy I was. He was professional, personable and took his time to listen to me. Kudos to him for running a well-oiled business. The finishing touch I had later. A "Pecan Pie Bread Pudding", what? I live close so the ice cream that came with it didn't melt. But, I put it all away and sampled it hours later, heated it up and was bowled over. What a great combo with luscious vanilla ice cream as the finishing touch. Prices, by the way, were pretty reasonable, presentations perfect and everything was very well made. Their Ranch dressing was to write home for (I just wanted a sample). I ordered a salad, which arrived fresh and crisp. The Caesar dressing they used was absolutely the best I've had in, oh, I dunno, forever! Really, the flavors flooded my mouth like a good Caesar should. Next time I'm bringing my son, also a bit discerning. Can't wait!

This place is great. We worked here a long time ago (in Katy) and came back to eat the amazing range rattlers. The best. We also split a salad and ribeye. So much food for such a great price. Service was absolutely great. Place was packed but our toddler was able to run around outside until our table was ready. Can't wait to go back.

Dined at Saltgrass Steak House yesterday for lunch and the restaurant wasn't too busy since we got there when they opened. Reservations not needed, but could see you needing reservations for dinner. I ordered a cheeseburger medium it was grilled perfectly. Plenty of melted cheese on it which made it so enjoyable. My dining companion had a house salad with homemade blue cheese dressing. The country fried steak was crunchy outside and steak nice and juicy on the inside. Our server was great. She never needed to ask if we needed refills , she just took the initiative and brought them. Always love a server who knows not to ask and just bring it. Ambiance is very Colorado with a hint of Texas.
